Job Summary

- Operate and monitor secondary blister packing machines (cartoners overwrappers bundlers case packers).
- Perform line clearance and ensure correct materials (cartons leaflets labels) are available before batch start.
- Conduct in-process checks (print quality batch coding leaflet insertion carton sealing).
- Maintain documentation: batch packing records logbooks deviation reports.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP GDP and safety standards during operations.
- Coordinate with QA for line clearance sampling and reconciliation of packaging materials.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major problems to engineering.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
