Job Summary

- Operate and monitor primary packing equipment (blister machines bottle filling lines sachet machines).
- Ensure correct batch coding labeling and serialization in line with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct in-process checks (weight count seal integrity print clarity) to maintain product quality.
- Record batch data accurately in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and electronic systems.
- Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) SOPs and safety protocols.
- Perform line clearance and cleaning before and after each batch to prevent cross-contamination.
- Report deviations equipment malfunctions or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
- Assist in routine maintenance and calibration of packing equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging processes and GMP.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
- Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting packing machinery.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment under pressure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing/packing is highly desirable.
- Training in GMP EHS (Environment Health & Safety) and data integrity compliance is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Shift-based work (may include nights/weekends).
- Exposure to controlled environments with PPE requirements.
- Repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
