Job Description:
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
You have the following knowledge and experience:
- Working with ServiceNow for at least 5 years developing configuring testing deploying and maintaining ServiceNow. (No admin pls).
- Working with Request Management / Request Fulfilment / Service Catalog management
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certificate
- Significant experience in building and improving complex APIs.
- ServiceNow certification (CIS-ITSM and Service Portal) ITIL is a pre.
- Experience with one of the ServiceNow applications: ITSM.
- Experienced in Agile and DevOps Way of Working.
- Basic knowledge of Javascript.
