About you and this role

Using expanded conceptual and practicalknowledgehas accountability for design transition and/or operations of infrastructure services. For design responsible for the design of integrated workable solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and address capability gaps. For transition theresponsiblefor the delivery and implementation of new services and service changes. For operations responsible for a high-level of client satisfaction run-the-business IT operations SLAs service operations and operational service improvements. Responsible for maximizing adoption and value of services for the intended audience.
In this role you will require understanding of key business drivers for your discipline and will need to be able to expand conceptual and working knowledge related to your discipline or functional are expected to provide informal guidance to new team members and be able to explain complex information to others.
It is your responsibility to use technical experienceestablishedpractices and personal judgement to analyze and resolve straightforward problems. Your performanceimpactsthe quality of your own work and your teams work and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Design define and document solutions to meet functional technical security and performance requirements while ensuring conformance to standards andcomplying withEnterprise Architecture strategies and direction.
• Provide consultations as SME for Integration technologies to exterior teams and business teams.
• Understand broader technical vision of the IT organization and align solutions accordingly.
• Lead the definition design and documentation of technical environments.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement efforts.
• Ability to lead a small team work independently and as a team member.
• Ensure established SLA and KPI metrics are met.
• Assist with project shaping arrangements along with workload planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelordegree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Your skills

• Familiar with SAP systems ETL concepts and common database and application integrations.
• Ability andstrong desireto be a technical leader and SME.
• Basic understanding with common web communication protocols (HTTP/HTTPS REST SOAP ODATA).
• Knowledge of common authentication methods and certificates (SSO OAuth SAML Basic Keypairs).
• Be comfortable learning and managingnew technologies.
• Aptitude to learn quickly.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
