We are seeking a high-impact strategic communicator to serve as a partner to the Head of Data Office. Your primary mission is to take full ownership of translating complex data initiatives into simple compelling and visual narratives (PowerPoint decks) for our senior non-technical executive leadership.This is a storytelling and strategy role not a technical data role. Your success will be measured by your ability to make data accessible and impactful for our C-suite.
What Youll Do
- Own Executive Communications: Design write and build all executive-level presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for the Senior Leaders including materials for Board meetings QBRs and steering committees.
- Translate the Complex: Act as the bridge between our technical data teams and senior leadership. You will digest complex analytics roadmaps and program updates and distill them into clear so-what business narratives.
- Manage the Process: Proactively manage the end-to-end communication lifecyclefrom gathering inputs from data steams to managing review cycles project timelines ensuring Kiplot is up to date and meeting all executive deadlines.
What You Bring
- Expert-level PowerPoint / Google Slides skills and a strong clean visual design sense.
Proven experience creating communications directly for a C-level audience. You understand bottom line up front messaging. - Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical concepts (e.g. data engineering finance) into simple persuasive stories.
- Extreme ownership and the ability to work autonomously to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- A background in management consulting role is a significant plus.
