Job Summary

SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses troubleshooting service and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

JOB DUTIES

Specializes in providing on-site installation customer support and performing diagnoses troubleshooting service and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Interprets customers needs and clarifies the responsibility for problem resolution.
Performs feasibility and approves operational quality of system equipment.
Provides on-site technical product support and service to customers.
Provides customers assistance with the operation and maintenance of the system.
Serves as Motions liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for
assigned projects.
May mentor lower-level employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires an associate degree and five (5) or more years of related experience or
an equivalent combination.

Strong communication skills required
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a stressful situation
Ability to manage contract location resources
Ability to manage travel budget

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

More than 50% travel required.

Lift bulky objects

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

Excellent driving record preferred. All company vehicles
are subject to continuous video monitoring.
