Sales & Business Development Representative

As a Sales & Business Development Representative youll be the driving force behind our growth connecting with new clients opening doors to exciting partnerships and showcasing the creative power of our team. No two days will look the same and every conversation is a chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present and promote Liberty Creative Solutions services
- Generate leads through cold calling personalized emails LinkedIn outreach networking events and trade shows
- Track leads manage pipeline and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with marketing and client goals
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Hunter mentality eager to seek out and win new business
Proactive persistent and goal-oriented
Sales marketing or business development experience (not required)
2 or 4 year College Degree Required
Must be results oriented with a high energy level improvement- willing to invest the time and effort necessary to facilitate change.
Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products.
Strong written and verbal skills
On-Site Tinley Park IL
Salary - $45000 to $70000 plus commission depending on experience.
