Job Description: Remote Chat & Email Support Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through chat and email communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Utilize knowledge base and resources to effectively assist customers
  • Maintain accurate records customer interactions and transactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Customer-focused mindset and patience

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in online chat or email support preferred
  • Experience with financial services or related industry is a plus
