Lead our kitchen and create memorable dining experiences!
Cheese World is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity in a unique destination café.

How you will make contributions that matter

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and casual staff.
• Design and deliver exciting menus that highlight Saputo Dairy Australia products.
• Maintain food and labour cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S standards.
• Collaborate with management on events and promotions.

Enjoy great work-life balance with predominantly day shifts Monday to Friday.

About you

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• RSA Certificate
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery
• 12 years experience in a commercial kitchen (Head Chef or Sous Chef experience highly regarded)
• Staff management skills (desired)
• Strong ability in menu design inventory control food costing and POS systems
