Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an O.R. Technician (CST) for a job in New York NY.

Responsibilities:
Perform scrub duties including surgical scrubbing gowning gloving and sterile field setup.
Prepare and manage instruments supplies and equipment based on surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons by anticipating needs and maintaining accurate sponge needle and instrument counts.
Support circulating nurse with patient positioning equipment setup and maintaining aseptic technique.
Handle specimens assist with dressings and participate in room turnover and cleaning.
Prepare and label medications under direct RN supervision.
Follow safety infection control and OR operational guidelines.

Requirements:
Certification in Operating Room Technology (Preferred).
Prior operating room experience (Preferred).
Active communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment.
Physical stamina manual dexterity and ability to follow aseptic and safety protocols.
