Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep functionality and safety of our facilities in Los Angeles CA. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all building systems equipment and physical spaces operate efficiently and meet organizational standards. The ideal candidate is proactive hands-on and committed to maintaining a professional working environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance inspections and basic repairs on building systems and equipment
Identify maintenance needs and address issues in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure facilities remain safe clean and operational at all times
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to support facility-related needs
Follow safety guidelines procedures and company standards consistently
