We are seeking for a Highly Motivated & passionate Field Sales Executive for a Startup Edtech Company to expand its business in Lucknow Noida And Greater Noida.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify prospect and engage higher education institutions (universities colleges autonomous institutes).
- Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs certifications labs digital platforms CoEs etc.) to academic leadership (Directors Deans HODs Management).
- Prepare customized proposals pricing models and MoUs for institutional clients.
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation product demo negotiation closure.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Number of new institutional partnerships signed
- Revenue generated per quarter
- Conversion rate from leads to closures
- Renewal rate & satisfaction scores from partner institutions
- Execution success of programs (timeliness & quality)
