Job Summary

*Job Summary:**
We are seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/loaders to join our team in Baytown TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload/load frozen meat from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse onto pallets. This is not a travel team opportunity so applicants must live locally. ** We offer daily pay which allows you to draw money daily from your paycheck**

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit (Freezer gear provided)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
- Grocery experience is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Load/Unload Frozen meat onto pallets
- Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery
- May need to operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks to move products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

**Pay and Shift Details:**

-Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 12:30am (or until work is finished each day)
-Pay: Performance-based pay with the average associate earning $22/hour but never less than $18/hour. Daily texts from Humano provide earnings tracking for transparency.
