Job Summary
Stan McNabb Chevrolet Cadillac in Columbia TN is looking for an experienced Mechanical Reconditioning Technician who can turn pre-owned vehicles into 100% front-line ready units fast and right the first time.

Daily Responsibilities:
Perform full mechanical safety and performance inspections on all incoming used vehicles
Diagnose and repair brakes suspension steering exhaust cooling system A/C and drivability issues
Mount and balance tires
Perform wheel/tire repairs and alignments (if experienced)
Replace worn or unsafe components (shocks struts ball joints tie rods belts hoses batteries etc.)
Basic engine and transmission diagnostics and minor repairs
Fluid services filters wiper blades bulbs and all other reconditioning items
Road test every vehicle after repairs to verify quality
Accurately document all work performed
What We Need From You:
3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience (dealership or high-volume independent shop preferred)
Strong diagnostic skills and your own professional tools
ASE certifications are a plus but not required
Ability to work at a fast steady pace in a high-volume environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation and great attendance
What We Offer:
Top pay $50000 $75000 per year for the right tech (flat-rate paid on book time)
