The Repairs Value Stream (RVS) Leader will have responsibility for providing functional leadership for the global RVS team and driving increased performance to deliver continuous improvements in safety quality delivery and cost while fostering a culture of inclusion and respect. This leader will also maintain strong partnerships across the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Services and the broader Gas Power business.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Align digital priorities with business outcomes and value creation.
- Own the materials digital roadmap and portfolio; leverage industry best practices to guide solution choices.
- Be accountable for benefits realization of the digital portfolio.
- Collaborate across digital and supply chain teams to sequence fund and resource initiatives.
New Technology Introduction
- Identify evaluate and deliver new digital/AI solutions aligned to MMO roadmap objectives.
- Scout vendors build functional/business requirements and run structured evaluations.
- Partner with IT on architecture and integration patterns to ensure scalability reliability and security.
- Pilot and launch new tools and applications; manage phased rollouts and incorporate learnings into broader deployment.
Analytics & Reporting
- Lead master data governance and quality to build a trusted data foundation that enables AI and data insights.
- Develop reporting and dashboards that drive operational visibility and decision making.
- Establish and scale advanced analytics to optimize planning and materials processes.
Standards & Deployment
- Serve as functional owner for core planning/materials processes; define ERP/global standards and process designs.
- Act as the functional ERP rollout lead across regions/sites.
- Drive global deployment change management and adoption of new and existing tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering Supply Chain Information Systems or Business or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- Extensive experience leading transformation in supply chain/materials (knowledge level is equivalent to 10 years of experience) including ERP analytics and process design.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and large multi-site deployments.
- Experience with digital tool development and Agile methodologies including defining functional requirements MVPs and partnering with software/IT teams through iterative development cycles.
- Deep experience with ERP (e.g. SAP or Oracle) integration architectures and master data governance.
- Strong analytics background (dashboards/BI; familiarity with advanced analytics/AI use cases).
- Demonstrated vendor evaluation/selection and requirements management experience.
Desired Characteristics:
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications a plus (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma PMP Prosci/Change Management ASCM CPIM/CSCP).
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $222400 and $333600 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
