We recently experienced an inflection point scaling from $1M to mid-$4M ARR in 30 days and are on track for $30M ARR and 100 enterprise customers over the next 1824 months.

To support this growth we are hiring a Principal Platform Architect to design the next-generation architecture that will power hundreds of large-scale enterprise deployments.

The Role: Principal Platform Architect

We are looking for a deeply technical hands-on architect to own the evolution of our platform from a single-product system into a multi-product AI infrastructure suite.

This is a role for engineers who want to build systems that matter: AI that runs real factories distribution networks food supply chains and industrial operations not demos.

What Youll Do

Architect next-generation backend infrastructure capable of supporting thousands of workflows and millions of documents daily
Design scalable systems for AI pipelines data processing human-in-the-loop review and workflow automation
Drive platform reliability observability and performance for enterprise-grade deployments
Collaborate directly with the founder (ex-Palantir) and cross-functional leaders
Set engineering standards patterns and long-term technical direction
Break down complex problems into scalable pragmatic architectural solutions
Mentor engineers and influence hiring across the platform team
Work through deep technical challenges as we move from dozens to hundreds of enterprise customers

You Are a Good Fit If You Have:

815 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience architecting distributed systems at scale
Deep backend and infrastructure engineering expertise (language-agnostic)
Experience building platforms used in production environments with real customers
Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS GCP or Azure)
Experience with workflow systems automation platforms or AI/ML pipelines (a plus not required)
A pragmatic builder mindsetbias toward action iteration and delivering impact
Excitement for mission-driven work modernizing industries that have been technologically underserved for decades
Ability to work in a high-ownership fast-paced startup environment
