Position Overview
We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional position based out of Marengo OH with hiring focused on drivers living within 50 miles of Cincinnati OH. This is a non-seasonal year-round opportunity with consistent freight structured routes and predictable home time.
Drivers will run multi-stop routes and hand-unload freight using roller racks at delivery locations. This position is ideal for drivers comfortable with physical work who want steady miles and reliable weekly pay.
Pay & Compensation
- Average weekly gross: $1980$2040 (based on experience)
- Estimated annual earnings: $103000$106000 (W-2; not guaranteed)
- Mileage pay based on experience (up to $1.41 CPM)
- $1400 weekly guarantee for the first 60 days
- Stop pay: $40 per stop
- Backhaul pay: $40 per load
- Accessorial pay: $100 per trailer
- Safe Stop Program: Earn $10 per stop paid quarterly (approximately $700$1000)
- Annual mileage pay increases
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
Home Time & Schedule
- 3448 hour reset
- Start days: Sunday or Monday
- Drivers typically run 3 loads per week
- Routes generally return drivers home after final unload
- Weekend time off is not guaranteed
Equipment & Freight
- Assigned tractors (driver keeps same truck)
- Dry van 53 trailers
- Manual and automatic transmissions
- Multi-stop routes (15 stops per trailer)
- Driver hand unload required using roller racks
- Trucks may be taken home
- Pets and riders permitted per policy
Operating Area
Regional operation serving:
Ohio Michigan Indiana Kentucky Pennsylvania West Virginia Maryland New York and Vermont
All routes originate from Marengo OH.
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 3 months Verifiable solo driving experience required
- Ability to perform physical unloading
- Must meet DOT physical and safety requirements
- Must live within 50 miles of Cincinnati OH (ZIP 45203)
Training
- Paid training required
- Typical duration: up to 2 weeks (based on experience)
- Training pay: $280 per day (up to $1400/week)
- Mileage pay begins upon upgrade
