Position Overview

We are hiring professional CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers for a dedicated regional operation based out of Cambridge OH. This is a stable year-round position offering consistent freight predictable routes and weekly home time. Drivers will operate within a defined multi-state region and return home weekly.

Pay & Compensation

$0.58$0.60 CPM
Average annual earnings: $87500
Average miles: 2400 per week
Minimum weekly pay guarantee: $1687 (first 6 weeks)
Stop pay: $19 per stop
Detention pay: $25 per hour
Strapping pay: $20 per load
Holiday pay: $325 per day
New hire training pay: $330 per day
Weekly pay via direct deposit

Home Time & Schedule

Weekly home time
MondayFriday schedule
Start time: 10:00 PM 1:00 AM
Shifts average 1012 hours
Consistent dispatch and routes

Equipment & Freight

Sleeper conventional tractors
48 flatbed trailers
Flatbed freight (no tarping required)
Strapping required on all loads
Majority no-touch freight
No slip-seating
Trucks may be taken home
On-site management

Operating Area

Regional operation covering:
Ohio Pennsylvania New York Maryland West Virginia Virginia North Carolina South Carolina Kentucky Tennessee and Indiana

All loads originate from Cambridge OH.

Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months verifiable experience
Flatbed experience preferred (certification provided)
Ability to strap and secure loads
Must meet DOT physical and safety requirements
Must live within 100 miles of Cambridge OH (ZIP 43725)
No riders or pets permitted
