The Position:

Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced complex site ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards.
Manage budgets control costs and drive revenue while optimising resources across the operation.
Train mentor and manage team performance fostering a strong adaptable team in a high demand setting.
Deliver exceptional service handle challenges and continuously improve service flow across multiple service areas.
Ensure all operations meet strict food safety HACCP and company compliance standards in a regulated environment.
