The Opportunity:

The Country Channel Manager is responsible for the success of growing Adobes revenue in Digital Media Solutions. The role directly manages Distributor and channel partners in Singapore and Philippines to generate revenue by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. It also involves end-customer meetings in the SMB space. Enabling partners to scale and cover more USD10K opportunities and double down on the renewal motion to improve Renewal rates.

What youll do:

  • Develop and improve channel ecosystem and to align to Regional channel strategy

  • Assign quota /objectives to channel partner and drive the overall country business to exceed quarterly and annual targets

  • Work with Adobe extended team to accelerate sales

  • Conduct channel partner training with other functional team (SC/AP/Marketing/Renewals)

  • Develop annual and quarterly business plan.

  • Drive top accounts with Distributor each channel partner and conduct weekly pipeline review. The focus is to increase deal size.

  • Drive specific channel/sales program with Distributor and channel partner.

  • Business analysis with channel partner to identify accounts for expansion upsell and cross-sell.

  • Analyze market to find new business opportunity and work with channel partners to grow business in new market segment

  • Manage retention and drive overall renewals business

  • End-user engagements would be required in the SMB space and would expect the person to spend around 50% of time meeting with end customers.

What you need to succeed

  • 5 years of experience on channel business

  • End-user sales experience of at least 3 years

  • Must have a proven track record in achieving & over-achieving targets within an IT Sales capacity preferably selling Software Solutions

  • Highly motivated and proactive

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Excellence in business ethics and integrity
