Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with ship owners ship managers superintendents and ship chandlers

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and follow-ups

Handle sales negotiations enquiries and deal closures efficiently
-
Drive new business development and sales hunting activities
-
Prepare monthly sales reports forecasts and market analysis
-
Plan and execute sales action plans to secure leads and prospects
-
Lead and mentor a team of indoor sales coordinators providing guidance on sales issues
-
Represent the company at marine exhibitions and industry events
-
Manage client meetings correspondence and relationship-building activities
-
Travel locally and regionally to support business growth
Requirements
-
Diploma or higher in Business Sales or Marketing
-
46 years of sales experience in gas detection products or systems within the marine industry
-
Strong experience dealing with marine stakeholders is highly advantageous
-
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
-
Performance-driven target-oriented and able to work independently
-
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
-
Able to manage pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
-
Willing to travel regionally (approximately 30%)
-
Immediate or short notice availability is a plus
