Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Program Management
- Maintain and update segment management framework playbooks tool templates (e.g. segment strategies plans) and roles and responsibility models.
- Support Product and Client Sustainability (PCS) Management in organizing updating and optimizing segment documentation and tools.
- Track develop and manage the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system for segments.
- Assist in execution tracking of key PCS programs and initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Collaborate with Segment Sustainability Champion and Commercial Excellence to build and maintain KPI dashboards.
- Co-design develop and manage business intelligence reporting in coordination with Finance Enterprise Sustainability and key segment leads.
- Perform regular analysis of regional sustainability drivers (e.g. regulatory financial) across verticals and customer sustainability standards.
- Support product and client assessments through validation process.
- Collect and coordinate data source mapping for KPI reporting purposes.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of sustainability data within the CRM system.
- Track key milestones opportunities and user performance metrics.
- Ensure timely updates and data cleanliness across prioritized opportunities in CRMs.
Marketing & Content Coordination
- Support content creation coordination and success story development in partnership with segment marketing.
- Coordinate internal and external publishing related to PCS initiatives.
- Function as liaison for PCS-related content campaigns highlighting wins and best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between PCSs and departments such as Finance Marketing and Commercial Excellence.
- Facilitate the organization and upkeep of PCS data repositories SharePoint shared folders and information systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing Data Analytics or a related field.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in program management business operations sales enablement or analytics role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Experience managing data dashboards and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
