Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Customer data verification and feasibility checking as per requirements.
- BOM verification (Need to figure out non-stock obsolete part and its solution)
- PCB Panelization for Production
- Labor time & charge calculation base on work center cost.
- Electronics Part Creation in Epicor & part Library maintenance
- Instruction (Process flow) drawing preparation
- Custom fabrication parts document maintenance
- Working Gerber finalization
- Alternate part Suggestion for Non-stock obsolete NRND to Purchase team.
- Engineering Change Order
- Deviation
- Packaging Finalization
- Communicating with Customer to resolve Technical Problem which we faced during production
- Supporting to Customer for reverse Engineering of Old design/Obsolete part
- DFM
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Basic Knowledge of PCB design and its rule
- Aware about function of All types of Equipment which require in EMS industries
- Good knowledge in part substitution
- Good Communication skill
- Software Knowledge
- View mate (Gerber Viewer)
- Vayo Document Expert/Gerber
- Vayo DFM Expert
- Epicor ERP
- E-drawings (3D file Viewer)
Education and Experience:
- B.E Electronics / electronics and communication.
