这个职位服务于卡特彼勒青岛研发中心整机电气系统团队需要领导和参与整机电气系统的设计开发出满足整机技术需求的电气系统
This position will work in CRDC Qingdao Machine & Machine System team to lead or participate in machine electrical system design develop the machine electrical system to meet machine technical requirement.
工作范围包括但不限于整机电气系统的开发需要为卡特设备的电气控制系统提供从概念设计分析验证生产到生产维护的一系列解决方案
The work scope includes but is not limited to machine electronics control system specification development concept design analysis validation production release and after-production engineering support of machine electrical system solutions for Cat equipment products.
职位描述 / Job Description
- 基于客户需求和功能需要选择合适零部件开发电控系统架构搭建电气系统原理图
According to customers requirement and based on machine function develop the electrical system architecture select proper component and create electrical schematic - 创建电气系统三维概念模型包括零部件在整机上的安装位置控制线束的走向布置并根据客户需求不断优化设计至最终定型
Create 3D models for electrical system include component placement control harness routing and continue to optimize the concept design to meet customers requirement until design freeze - 基于三维模型创建二维图纸并发布到相关工程系统中并协助采购团队参与供应商的沟通和开发
Create 2D drawings from 3D models and release models and drawings to engineering system and assist purchasing team to develop and communicate with supplier - 参与产品开发周期中的概念设计设计评审整机验证和路试阶段
Participate in concept design design review engine and machine validation field test during product development - 对整机工厂提供技术支持服务对工厂的生产测试中遇到的各种电气系统问题协助排查
Provide technical support to Cat machine facility assist factory to resolve electrical system issues during manufacturing and test - 电气系统成本降低及持续改进
Cost reduction for electrical system and continue product improvement - 对电气系统的按时交付并满足质量和成本的目标
Deliver EE system on PQVC target
任职要求 / Requirements
- 车辆工程机械设计制造及其自动化新能源汽车机械电子相关本科及以上专业
Bachelor or Masters degree in vehicle engineering mechanical design and automation new energy vehicle or mechatronics related engineering - 具备基本的车辆电子电气控制架构和系统的知识
Knowledge of machine E&E architecture and control system - 该职位需要很好的电气系统专业知识快速学习能力和愿意学习新的技术
Position requires excellent system control knowledge learning quickly and willing to learn new technology - 熟练的制图软件操作能力优先Pro E/Creo
3D design experience preferred Pro/E or Creo - 很强的沟通交流团队合作书面和口头表达能力包括英语
Good people interaction teamwork oral and written communication skills are required (including English)
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
