The CPHR Group are looking to fill 2 x administrative roles for a period of 6 months;

  • Senior Administration Coordinator (EO7) within the Credit Supply Branch of POTSE; and
  • Policy Officer (EO7) within Divisional Coordination in Regional Delivery Division.

Senior Administration Coordinator

The Credits Supply Branch are seeking to appoint a Senior Administrative Coordinator (Environment Officer Class 7) to lead and manage administrative and business services.

The Senior Administrative Coordinator reports to the Branch Director and plays a critical role in developing and administering key business systems budget management providing quality assurance for Executive and Ministerial advice and supports implementation of projects being led by the Office of the Executive Director.

The ideal candidate will deliver high-level administrative support to the Director and coordinate HR and financial processes across the branch including onboarding workforce development mailbox management payroll and accounts reconciliations. They will monitor and improve business systems to ensure data integrity support projects and compliance with governance requirements manage meeting logistics and identify emerging issues and risks to recommend effective interventions.

Policy Officer

The Divisional Coordination team within Regional Delivery are seeking to appoint a Policy Officer (Environment Officer Class 7) to support the provision of high quality and timely advice to the Executive Director.

The Policy Officer reports to the Executive Officer for Regional Delivery and plays a pivotal role in managing the flow of communication and advice between the division and internal stakeholders including the Office of the Deputy Secretary Ministerial Services Branch the Cabinet team and the Office of the Secretary.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritise requests manage workloads and exercise independent sound judgement in an environment with tight timelines and high this role you will coordinate prepare and review material in final form for senior management approval.

About You

You will have strong administrative and communication skills and a capacity to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team engaged in managing a complex and high-volume work environment. You will have a passion for customer service and an ability to engage effectively with senior staff and other stakeholders. You will also have an ability to understand and apply departmental and government policies and processes and provide business support services to divisional staff.
