Within the VMG (Value Maximization Group) organization your main purpose will be the orchestrating the SSMs (Small Size Markets) promo plan development and CFC training sharing the latest content with the MSM (Middle Size Market) partners and driving the reuse of brand content for the countries where the product is commercialised.

Reporting to the Category Lead you will be actively contributing to the maximization of our portfolio.

What You Will Achieve

  • Lead strategic planning and execution for the assigned portfolio ensuring alignment with global/regional objectives and local market needs.

  • Tailors and execute brand strategies to local markets needs and define local priorities for the brands

  • Create and implement integrated marketing and branding strategies for products and services to achieve business objectives

  • Develop support and supervise the execution of promotional plans define core messages and manage the marketing mix in close cooperation with local sales manager and content channel specialist in SSM.

  • Selects best-fitting modules from the global provided content and trans-create customize manage approval & roll-out of re-used promotional materials as needed in both MSM and SSM.

  • Forecast revenue for dedicated brand(s)/portfolio and A&P for promoted brands

  • Forecasts portfolio performance track progress towards target and active involvement for revenue adjustment throughout the year during LE process

  • Generating revenue growth driving product growth and lifecycle management demand forecasting coordinating and controlling A&P as well as ensuring the realization of profitability through market access tools

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional brand teams (e.g. sales medical market access) to ensure aligned and flawless execution of brand plans.

  • Gather in-depth customer market and competitor insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Apply specialized skills and discipline knowledge to make significant contributions within your Category.

  • Make informed decisions to solve moderately complex problems and propose new solutions guided by policies in unique scenarios.

  • Operate independently in ambiguous situations leveraging expertise to address challenges and achieve results.

  • Work autonomously using your knowledge and experience to proactively initiate and complete assignments successfully.

  • Engage in indirect consultation and agreement to review your work while also reviewing others contributions within the unit.

  • Maintain a high level of self-awareness regarding personal limitations providing a valuable resource to team members.

  • Navigate non-standard situations independently utilizing expertise to effectively guide decisions and outcomes.

  • Proactively initiate assignments with a focus on achieving strategic objectives often without direct supervision.

  • Ensure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with Pfizer SOPs laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Education/Experience: a Bc. with at least 6 years of experience or equivalent.

  • Previous experience with the Comirnaty vaccine.

  • Proficiency in the following languages: English German French Italian.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects with successful outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey ideas and strategies.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.

  • Experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
