BLUF Seeking an exceptional scientifically-curious and customer-focused marketer to join the ICO Vyndaqel team as Sr. Brand Marketing Lead. The ideal candidate would bring both in-market and across-market experiences and demonstrated successes shaping and delivering winning strategies across a broad geographic area and the matrix in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Expanding the diagnosed patient pool Competing effectively against branded competitors (START and STAY) Lifecycle management (LCM) with wtATTR-CM (the primary patient population) enjoying OME protection until 2030 in most markets
Thus far this plan has materialized over $1B in growth over 2 years whilst maintaining >97% market share and building a long runway for growth until the end of the decade as one of our largest brands internationally.
Role Description
The primary focus of this role will be owning strategic implementation of significant aspects of the 2nd frontier (branded competition) as well as initiatives which span across multiple frontiers. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Ensure a mechanism in place which surfaces at lightspeed evolving market customer and competitive insights and makes the necessary adaptations
Develop and deliver a simplified holistic messaging platform* which goes across external stakeholders and the triple frontier building upon robust-in-depth plans.
Partnering closely with relevant enabling functions the CMO and CoLab and partner closely with colleagues in key markets
Guide content adaptation/creation and customer journey creation process with the Customer Content Managers.
Provide mid-term and long-term outlook of brand portfolio and develop growth/efficiency plans to inform LRF and timely strategic investment decisions
Optimize brand impact by identifying and scaling best practices across-markets
Further this role will be expected to contribute to accelerating diagnosis rates (first frontier) through selected projects.
*For example this role will be expected to deliver an integrated HCP messaging plan which builds on branded competition and LCM work and collaborate with GAV on payer marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in brand-marketing ideally both in across-market (regional/global) and in-market/operational roles.
Proof of competitive execution: integrated messaging content systems objection handling and field enablement that moved market share.
Owner/Operator mindset thrives under tight timelines and high ambiguity understands and shapes a multi-market strategy anchored in winning choices whilst being detailed focused and operational.
Scientific curiosity and ability to learn complex rapidly changing scientific areas (note: amyloidosis experience is not a pre-requisite)
Demonstrated successful track record in managing virtual teams and matrix
Exceptional ability to manage varying priorities and stakeholders including robust project management capabilities
Senior Level executive presence and emotional intelligence with a track record of influencing beyond direct areas of accountability
