About the Role
As a Functional Consultant Planning Systems Implementation you will play a key role in delivering advanced planning solutions that transform our clients supply chain performance. This role suits someone analytical curious and confident working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
What Youll Do
- Work closely with clients to gather and understand solution requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear system-specific functional specifications.
- Configure and implement Advanced Planning Systems (APS) as part of end-to-end project delivery.
- Lead and support workshops including process redesign requirements capture training and solution enhancement.
- Collaborate with other consultants and project teams to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions.
- Support clients post-implementation by analysing triaging and resolving system-related issues.
- Contribute to high-quality project deliverables and follow established delivery and project management frameworks.
What you will need to succeed:
- Ideally 24 years experience in technology delivery or supply chain operations
- A degree in Supply Chain Technology Business or a related field
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes and how APS integrates within broader systems
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements (e.g. user stories design specs)
- Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound judgement with the confidence to escalate issues and manage deadlines effectively
- Relex implementation experience (advantageous).
Some interstate travelling might be required.
