Our Maintenance Coordinators help to maintain the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the facilities by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks.

What youll accomplish:

Ensuring and maintaining the cleanliness of the community facilities and grounds
Performing maintenance work to include; plumbing electrical minor carpentry and general repairs
Cleaning in common areas
Assisting with lifestyle events including event set-up / break-down and clean-up
Completing minor maintenance and repairs
Operating a wide variety of light equipment and machinery
Performing a variety of labor intensive work

Knowledge and proficiency gained through training and experience in the maintenance field
A team player who takes pride in their responsibilities and the facilities they oversee
Excellent communication skills
Organization efficiency and the ability to exercise good judgement
Ability to communicate with managers residents and peers in a positive and effective way
Physically able to move a variety of tools / cleaning equipment and lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working both inside / outside and in various weather conditions
Flexibility to work before and after storms for preparation and clean-up
Entry level computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Valid drivers license and liability insurance
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen background check and physical

If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.

The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include:

Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices.
Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.)
