High School Diploma or GED required Preferred: Bachelors degree in a related field a one-year certificate from a college or technical school or at least two years of related experience or training (including driver recruitment or DOT-related administrative support) Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Teams OneDrive) Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multitask prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Valid Class D drivers license required; must be eligible for coverage under company motor vehicle insurance policies
