Prio 1: Website Management Landing Pages CRO A/B Testing User Funnels
Prio 2: Integrated Campaigns; connecting all of the different channels
Prio 3: Owning tracking attribution reporting (mainly regarding website)
Prio 4: SEO and AI search (dont have anyone that owns this at the moment)

Unique about the company:

At $10mio ARR growing at 40% YoY 20mio Series A Dec 23
Global business focus on US/EU/APAC ADS is $1k to $25k ARR
Mainly product-led 5000 customers founder is from the space
Average age is 30 25 different nationalities culture is important
Signing 100-130 new customers p/m out of 400 SQLs

Must haves:

3-5 years experience in a similar role (B2B SaaS/Agency/B2C App)
Website Optimization CRO A/B Testing

Nice to haves:

B2B SaaS experience
SEO & GEO experience

Salary range & secondary benefits:up to70k base (ideally 65k)Hiring process:

Size and functions of local team: Mark as MD first sales & marketing hire (Qbuzz in same building)Role description:

First (and sole) marketer for Qera Enterprise ($50-$500k deals) 150 ICPs in EU
Foundational PMM together with Mark (positioning messaging value pro etc.)
Some content creation (customer stories sales enablement materials etc.)
Campaigns (ABM); Events LinkedIn Ads Email (freelancers can support with this)

Must haves:

4 years marketing experience generalist
Mid-Market or Enterprise background

Nice to haves:

B2B Tech/SaaS experience
ABM experience

Salary range: up to 80k base (40 vacation days pension)
