Job Summary

Join our team as a Marketing & Lead Generation Representative. This is an entry-level role designed to help you develop key skills in sales customer communication and time management. Youll be part of a team that canvasses local neighbourhoods speaks directly with homeowners and generates interest in home services like painting and exterior maintenance.
This role is perfect for those who want to:

Day-to-Day Duties
- Generate leads in residentialneighbourhoods
- Share information about our services and book free estimate appointments
- Log contact info and homeowner interest for follow-up
- Leave marketing materials (flyers) at homes
- Work independently or with a team in 35 hour canvassing shifts
- Track your route using a simple app
- Participate in weekly team check-ins and trainingsessions
