Senior Hospitality Technician
Blodgett Hospital - 1840 Wealthy St SE - Grand Rapids.
Schedule: Full-time 2:00 p.m. 10:30 p.m. and Monday- Friday and Every Other Weekend.
Team members working in this role will need to display the flexibility to work in two or more work locations and in two or more department roles as assigned by leadership. Department roles included in this job description are Environmental Services Tech Nutrition Services Tech Patient Transport and Supply Chain Material Coordinator and Receptionist. Position to be defined by the department as needed. Based on the assignment individual must meet the specific requirements of the job profile they are fulfilling.
These Team members maintain shift accountability for support services team member job duties in a cost effective and efficient manner and provides training to new and existing Support Services staff on the department procedures and expectations and all departmental quality safety and customer service standards and expectations.
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months of relevant experience Included job profile tasks and/or other related experience
Preferred
1 year of relevant experience Customer service and/or other related experience
6 months of relevant experience Leadership Experience
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Patient Transport 90 Days
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Patient Transport 90 Days
CRT-Health Care Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) - AHE Association for the Healthcare Environment Environmental Services 1 Year
CRT-ServSafe Manager - NRA National Restaurant Association Nutrition Services 90 Days
