Qualifications

  • Licensed or eligible for Wisconsin Occupational Therapy licensure

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program (bachelors masters or doctoral level)

  • Genuine passion for outpatient pediatric therapy

  • Strong communication skills with children and families

  • Creativity flexibility empathy and a love for child-driven intervention

Your Role Will Include

  • Conducting evaluations and creating individualized evidence-based treatment plans

  • Providing engaging hands-on therapy in our outpatient clinic

  • Supporting development in fine motor skills sensory processing self-help skills and overall functional independence

  • Recommending adaptive tools strategies and interventions that enhance participation

  • Collaborating with caregivers educators and interdisciplinary teammates

  • Maintaining organized compliant documentation of therapy services
