Licensed or eligible for Wisconsin Occupational Therapy licensure
Graduate of an accredited OT program (bachelors masters or doctoral level)
Genuine passion for outpatient pediatric therapy
Strong communication skills with children and families
Creativity flexibility empathy and a love for child-driven intervention
Conducting evaluations and creating individualized evidence-based treatment plans
Providing engaging hands-on therapy in our outpatient clinic
Supporting development in fine motor skills sensory processing self-help skills and overall functional independence
Recommending adaptive tools strategies and interventions that enhance participation
Collaborating with caregivers educators and interdisciplinary teammates
Maintaining organized compliant documentation of therapy services
