About the Role

We are seeking Play-by-Play Commentators and Color Commentators to provide live coverage of our Girls Flag League games. Whether youre calling the action as it happens or adding insightful analysis and context your voice will be a key part of the game-day experience.

Play-by-Play Commentator

• Deliver clear accurate and engaging descriptions of on-field action.
• Keep the audience informed about player movements game flow and key plays.

Color Commentator

• Add depth with analysis storytelling and context to complement the play-by-play coverage.
• Provide insights into player performance strategy and league background.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide live commentary during Girls Flag League games.
• Prepare for each game by reviewing team rosters key players league rules and relevant background information.
• Work closely with the broadcasting team to ensure smooth and professional coverage.
• Maintain a positive kid-friendly and sportsmanship-focused tone.
• Represent Girls Flag League LLC with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What Were Looking For

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and a confident speaking voice.
• Experience: Prior experience in sports commentary broadcasting or public speaking is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with flag football rules and gameplay or a willingness to learn.
• Personality: Energetic composed and able to engage with a live audience.
• Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to scheduled games are essential.
