A Day in the Life
At Medtronic our mission is to alleviate pain restore health and extend life. Effective education plays a key role in achieving it. As an Event/Training Coordinator based in Prague Czech Republic you will help ensure that healthcare professionals receive the knowledge and support needed to use our life-changing technologies with confidence. You will coordinate training sessions workshops and events that strengthen partnerships with hospitals and clinicians while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Coordination of the event logistics related to Healthcare Professional training and education within Medtronic
- Providing budget estimates & sourcing booking requested logistics (venue hotel travel restaurants catering transfers) managing its changes and taking care of the payments
- Work with various teams act as key contact for all stakeholders and make sure that all compliance rules are met
- Building and maintaining event websites monitoring participant registrations and if needed provided timely reminder to the event requestor
- Managing any payment-related queries making sure that all related invoices are properly recorded and paid on time
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in hospitality travel coordination or customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results
- Communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Team player with curiosity proactivity & passion for Excellent customer focus and negotiation skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach together with problem-solving skills and diplomacy
- Business system software knowledge/skill including Microsoft Office Outlook
