International Distribution Coordinator LATAM and ASPAC (Prague)

What Youll Do:
As an International Distribution Coordinator you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations ensuring smooth order management and delivery for our customers distributors and QuidelOrtho affiliates. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing finished goods orders from initial entry to delivery.

• Coordinating logistics and transport including warehouse release carrier scheduling and customs documentation.

• Acting as the primary link between Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Monitoring order status identifying potential delays and proactively communicating with stakeholders.

• Managing customer non-product complaints and driving effective resolutions.

• Handling product returns credit notes and ensuring procedures and instructions are up-to-date.

Who You Are:
You are a motivated organized and customer-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or Transport.

• Up to 3 years of experience in logistics distribution or transport ideally in a pan-European environment.

• Strong understanding of export and customs regulations.

• Excellent communication skills in English and French (additional languages are a plus).

• Proficiency in Word Excel and ERP systems.

• Ability to multitask prioritize and collaborate effectively with remote teams.

• Commitment flexibility and a can-do attitude.

This role is offered as a maternity cover on a fixed-term contract for one year.
