Our Sydney business has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to support the business with complex administrative and project support addition you will support the Administration Manager by acting as a point of contact for escalations and mentoring the Administration & Facilities team across our three offices in Sydney Parramatta and St Leonards.

This pivotal position is your opportunity to drive excellence across our Sydney region offices and become an integral team member within a global consultancy and will see you:
Provide leadership and direction to the administration team
Effective support of complex administrative tasks including but not limited to managing and reporting MS Excel Word PowerBI and SharePoint systems.
Additional support to the administration team including minute taking project-specific support proposal development and client deliverable documentation.
Work with the Administration Manager to maintain a positive office culture and address priorities and escalations.

This role will be based at our Sydney office but will require occasional travel to our St Leonards and Parramatta offices.

Engaging and mentoring people skills backed by problem-solving capabilities.
A team-first attitude and willingness to support the team and office requirements.
Experience managing business processes systems and a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and to tight deadlines.
Demonstrated Leadership skills are highly desirable
Advanced user of the MS Suite particularly Word and Excel
Providing additional Executive Assistance to senior leaders including but not limited to calendar and inbox management.
