Executive Officer
We are seeking an organised and proactive Executive Officer to provide high-level administrative and secretariat support to the Deputy General Secretary and Executive Secretaries of the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Note: This role is for a fixed-term until 31 December 2026 with a possibility for extension beyond this time.

The General Secretariat exists to support the work of the Bishops Conference which meets twice each year but is a permanent institution that operates between plenary meetings through the Permanent Committee and bishops commissions.
