Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Manager the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media search engines email and websites. Your role involves deploying ads optimizing webpages and content driving online order growth analyzing data monitoring performance metrics and leveraging digital tools to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness engagement and conversion across online channels including social media search engines email and websites.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences market trends and digital opportunities informing marketing strategies and messaging to effectively reach and resonate with key demographics.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising display ads and retargeting campaigns optimizing ad spend targeting parameters and creative assets to achieve campaign objectives and ROI goals.
  • Create and curate compelling content for digital channels including social media posts blog articles videos infographics and email newsletters aligning content with audience preferences SEO keywords and marketing objectives.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience (UX) conducting website audits analyzing traffic data and implementing SEO best practices technical improvements and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to drive traffic engagement and conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts and communities developing content calendars scheduling posts engaging with followers and monitoring conversations to build brand loyalty foster engagement and drive traffic to owned assets.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns creating targeted email lists designing email templates writing compelling copy and analyzing campaign metrics to optimize open rates click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics such as website traffic engagement metrics conversion rates and ROI using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics social media insights) to track progress identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing creative and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends industry developments and emerging technologies continuously learning and experimenting with new tools platforms and tactics to innovate and improve digital marketing performance.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets tracking expenses forecasting costs and allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI. 
  • Coordinate with external agencies vendors and partners such as advertising agencies graphic designers and influencers to support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers influencers bloggers and media contacts leveraging partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and amplify brand messaging. 
  • Provide regular reports presentations and insights to senior management and key stakeholders summarizing digital marketing performance highlighting successes and recommending strategic adjustments or optimizations.
  •  Uphold brand guidelines messaging consistency and legal compliance in all digital marketing activities ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements privacy policies and ethical standards.

 


Qualifications :

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Digital Marketing Communications or related field. Professional certification (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising roles.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing online advertising or related roles with a track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels platforms and best practices including SEO SEM social media email marketing content marketing and web analytics.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Ads Google Analytics Tag Manager Meta Business Suite SEMrush/Moz Mailchimp/HubSpot and WordPress.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content persuasive messaging and engaging copy for digital channels and audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a knack for developing innovative ideas campaign concepts and digital strategies to stand out in a crowded online landscape.
  • Project management skills with the ability to multitask prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight timelines.
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities with experience working cross-functionally and managing relationships with internal teams external partners and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  •  Adaptability and flexibility in responding to evolving market trends consumer behaviors and digital technologies with a willingness to learn experiment and pivot strategies as needed.
