We are hiring a results-driven senior executive with extensive experience in ad operations specializing in optimizing digital advertising strategies campaign execution and revenue growth. Has an in-depth knowledge of leading cross-functional teams implementing innovative ad technologies and ensuring seamless delivery of client objectives
What Youll Do
- Oversee end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads Meta programmatic platforms)
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely execution delivery and optimization to meet client KPIs
- Manage ad trafficking tag implementation and troubleshooting across ad servers and platforms.
- Ensure accurate targeting pacing and inventory management for all campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data generate actionable insights and create detailed client reports.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing performance and meeting revenue goals.
- Coordinate with sales account management and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve ad delivery processes and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure campaigns meet quality standards brand safety guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and emerging technologies to enhance operations.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital ad operations or campaign management.
- Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ad Manager DV360 The Trade Desk etc.).
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ad tagging and performance metrics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of programmatic ecosystem and how does RTB works.
- Proficiency in Excel to derive the campaign data and optimize the campaigns accordingly
- Knowledge of viewability vendors ad servers trackers etc
