Lets talk about you

Do you hold expertise in Telco intricacies and possess familiarity with the following

  • 3 years experience in implementation of small to large scale SD-WAN MPLS & Layer 2 networks

  • VOIP/SIP experience

  • NBN Access Tech (NEBS & Enterprise Ethernet)

  • Customer Premises Equipment

  • Fiber Networks Expertise

  • Data Center Cross-Connects Proficiency

If you possess practical know-how and hold certifications in Cisco/Fortinet like Cisco CCNA or Fortinet NSE4/5 along with a track record of implementing Hosted Phone Systems Cloud Connect and Managed Routers - you might just be the perfect fit for this position.

How will you support our Why

  • Understand customer needs for smooth connectivity

  • Collaborate with Sales on tailored designs

  • Configure diverse network infrastructure (Cisco Fortinet VeloCloud etc.)

  • Assist installation for seamless services

  • Deliver thorough handover documentation

  • Conduct product research and liaise with relevant teams

  • Stay updated on Aussie Broadbands offerings and network capabilities
