Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3108 S Kingshighway location in St. Louis United States. As a Customer Service Rep you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders refunds and exchanges accurately and promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products services and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in our service software
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or management when necessary
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with challenging situations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
