Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Act as a key partner to the Global Account Manager (GAM) by helping manage the balance between customer demand and product supply and by supporting logistics programs.
  • Close collaboration supporting the GAM with continuous forecast validation forecast and backlog alignment and review of demand changes.
  • Global understanding of customer demands processes and supply chain needs. Proactively engaging with the customer to understand their order fulfillment to avoid supply/demand gaps and/or excess.
  • Responsible for finding solutions related to delivery escalations and liaises with internal departments (Sales Planning and Logistics etc.).
  • Worldwide allocation handling for specific products and main interface with customer headquarters.
  • Representing Renesas at customer meetings preparing and presenting regular data on supply / demand health and for potential executive level escalations/ meetings.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in business marketing finance or similar field.
  • New College Graduate or maximum of 2 years experience in customer service sales support or similar functions.
  • Good team player with the ability to work in teams and cross regions with a proactive approach
  • Ability to adapt to change work across different ERP systems reports & procedures in a fast-paced environment with a good resilience to stress.
  • strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in data accuracy
  • Advanced command of English both spoken and written. Demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Skillful at MS Excel along with other MS Office products.
  • Preference: Familiarity with SAP Model N Salesforce or Power BI is an added advantage.
