Lease Manager
WHAT YOULL DO
You are responsible for the management of the store portfolio in a specific geographic region in a specified country.
You are responsible for:
Enabling long term growth by finding top locations for new stores
Obtaining the best possible deals by negotiating lease contracts with property owners
Optimising the existing portfolio by Lease actions for existing stores (renegotiations rebuilds extensions and terminations).
You create growth strategy by developing and maintaining the road map for the geographic region
Ensure full potential in geographic region is mapped and added to the roadmap
Secure competition is continuously mapped
You are responsible for creating and following up on pipeline
You enable the optimisation of each deals selling location and profitability
Recommend the full business case in terms of fit with market strategy location requirements commercial idea configuration of space economic and legal terms and present ready negotiated business cases for approval by country management
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with other functions such as construction interior responsible accounting HR marketing merchandising visual security etc.
You work in close collaboration with the Expansion Manager to set and implement the strategy in your market and to secure the best overall result for the business.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- Bachelor or masters degree in Real Estate Business/Economics or similar.
- At least 3 years of working experience from leasing controlling and/or real estate preferably within the retail industry.
- Leasing skills and good legal understanding
- Strategic planning and long-term vision
- Planning & Organizing
- Multi-tasker with strong prioritization skills
- You remain calm and positive in difficult situations and under pressure
- Balance between long-term and short-term planning
- Good financial understanding
- Results driven
- Can understand read speak and write in English
- Knowledge in MS Office more specifically Outlook Excel PowerPoint Power BI and MS Teams.

- Analytical / methodical / conscientious
- Resilient / decisive and action oriented
