Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in one of the following or related fields: information technology cybersecurity computer science business administration
Applicable equivalencies or work experience may be considered on the above qualifications.
At least five years of experience managing technical and operational staff
Three or more years of applicable experience in Identity and Access Management services and computer information systems
At least three years providing and managing multilateral federation and directory services (e.g. Active Directory LDAP) Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions role-based access control (RBAC) identity governance and administration (IGA) and privileged access management (PAM)
Experience leading Identity and access management at a large enterprise
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Entra and Active Director (AD)
Experience in a complex higher education or hospital environment serving academic research clinical and administrative functions of a large institution
Experienced in leading change management activities and managing their impact across multiple units or departments
Demonstrated experience leading in an ever-changing fast-paced environment
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated understanding of privacy and security regulations and best practices including federal and state laws policies and standards
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to effectively present technical topics to large groups with potentially varied levels of technical sophistication
Ability to inspire creativity in others and advise teams on industry-leading practices such as the incorporation of new technologies or processes
