We are now looking for an experienced and skilled Compliance Manager (Emissions & Data Quality) to strengthen our growing Compliance & Data Quality Team.
Your Responsibilities
As Compliance Manager you will be one of the key customer-facing experts guiding shipowners and managers through the fast-changing landscape of maritime emissionregulations particularlyby.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers explaining regulatory requirements (EU MRV IMO DCS ETSFuelEUMaritime CII) and guiding them through compliance steps.
Conduct customer-focused sessions to outline new and upcoming regulations compliance risks and operational implications.
Prepare andsubmitemission reportsin accordancewithinternational and regional regulations.
Monitor data quality across reporting systems andinitiatecorrective actions where.
Support ship crews technical teams and owners in improving data quality and compliance processes.
Prepare clear easy-to-understand internal and external reports on compliance status and regulatory developments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory environment and communicate changes proactively to customers.
Contribute to continuous process improvements in reporting workflows and digital compliance solutions.
What You Bring
University degree or higher vocational training in a maritime or technical field.
Experience with maritime emission reporting environmental compliance or operational data.
Strong understanding of international and regional CO₂/GHG regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to explain complex regulations to customers in a simple and actionable way.
Strong analytical and data-quality skills.
Ability to collaborate closely with ship crews technical departments and internal teams.
A service-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism when guiding customers.
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive in addressing compliance issues.
Proficiencyin MS Office and data reporting tools.
