What Youll Do
On-Site & Field-Based Role
Sales & Growth
- Build and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients by delivering exceptional service and
measurable value - Ensure every client receives a top-tier experience from the first meeting to
renewal
Client Prospecting- Identify new business opportunities through networking on-field territory
outreach and referrals - Engage prospects and guide them toward energy solutions that fit their needs
- Be comfortable with in-person interactions as client prospecting will mostly rely
on a door-to-door sales approach
Energy Analysis- Gather and review clients electricity usage data
- Provide cost-saving recommendations supported by metrics and usage insights
What Were Looking ForYou dont need prior energy experiencewe will train you. We look for individuals who
bring:
- A passion for helping others succeed
- Strong work ethic and internal drive
- A team-first mindset
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Strong time management skills
- A positive outgoing personality
- A desire to excel in sales
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
Compensation & Schedule
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM
- All holidays off
Compensation:
- Base competitive commission structure
- Bonuses and performance incentives
- Gas reimbursement
- First-year average earnings: $40000 $80000
- Top performers can exceed this range
