What Youll Do

On-Site & Field-Based Role

Sales & Growth

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients by delivering exceptional service and
    measurable value
  • Ensure every client receives a top-tier experience from the first meeting to
    renewal
Client Prospecting
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking on-field territory
    outreach and referrals
  • Engage prospects and guide them toward energy solutions that fit their needs
  • Be comfortable with in-person interactions as client prospecting will mostly rely
    on a door-to-door sales approach
Energy Analysis
  • Gather and review clients electricity usage data
  • Provide cost-saving recommendations supported by metrics and usage insights

You dont need prior energy experiencewe will train you. We look for individuals who
bring:

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)

Compensation & Schedule

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM
  • All holidays off

Compensation:

  • Base competitive commission structure
  • Bonuses and performance incentives
  • Gas reimbursement
  • First-year average earnings: $40000 $80000
  • Top performers can exceed this range
