Escrow Assistant

In this 9-month temp/contract role youll put your communication and organization skills into action while providing exceptional escrow services for residential resale new construction refinance relocation and timeshare transactions.

What youll do:

• Provide support to Escrow Officers in a national closing setting by performing administrative duties and customer support related to escrow closings
• Facilitate real estate transactions with a high level of customer service
• Proactively communicate with internal and external customers
• Follow standard procedures and guidelines
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment; promptly responding to inquiries and efficiently resolving any issues

Must have:

• 2 years of escrow banking lending or real estate experience
• Good PC skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Enjoys collaborating with clients
• Is dependable punctual and professional
• High School diploma required.
