We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven right hand to the Benelux Country Managers office. The Country Manager leads the International Card Business chairs the Country Executive Team (CET) and serves as Legal Representative for both markets.
In this pivotal role you will work as a trusted advisor and right hand to the Country Manager helping drive strategic initiatives improve efficiency and maximize impact across the organization.
What will you do
Serve as a thorough partner for the Country Manager and Benelux (Country) leadership team;
Work closely with the Benelux International Card Services (ICS) Leadership team on business planning management and strategy development including development of the annual plan and quarterly updates of associated plans;
Review and analysis of the market business P&L; work closely with Finance to coordinate monitor and report on the budget for the Benelux;
Own and execute on the ICS colleague engagement strategy / plan;
Manage internal organizational communications through a wide range of channels including memos announcements and Town Halls;
Overall responsibility for managing meeting content and presentations including updates to senior business leaders Town Halls and regular business unit reviews. Particular emphasis on creating effective/ impactful presentations to summarize complex ideas and recommendations;
Lead other ad-hoc projects as needed.
What you need to succeed
Bachelors or masters degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English both written and spoken. Dutch or French is a plus point.
The role is a multi-faceted one and requires analytical strategy and consultative skills with solid financial acumen. Capability to connect strategic drivers to financial outcomes.
Extensive experience in project management and change management including ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with time-sensitive deadlines in a complex fast-paced environment;
Exceptional qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills (issue identification problem structuring analysis development of recommendations);
Positive attitude & interpersonal skills with a consistent record in successfully building maintaining and leveraging relationships with senior management at all levels within the organization;
Highly motivated self-starter who can drive results and get things done in a self-directed manner with excellent organizational skills and careful attention to detail;
Have exemplary written and verbal communication skills including strong Microsoft office skills including PowerPoint and Excel;
Strong executive presence and proven ability to exercise the utmost discretion when handling confidential matters;
Ability to work well under pressure adapt to changing circumstances and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously;
Getting others with you being a team player and strong collaborator;
Flexible agile and able to adapt easily to changes;
Emotional intelligence and the ability to take and receive constructive feedback;
Optimistic attitude and good sense of humor.
